Many sales teams are losing sales and market share in the region by pre-defined inflexible routes or even no information where to go.
Sales teams are continuously under pressure to achieve the best results out of their daily schedule. Many constraints influence the planning based on own targets, prioritization of visit & customer activities as well as route and traffic situations.
Many sales teams are losing sales and market share in the region by pre-defined inflexible routes or even no information where to go.
Unplanned situations need to be handled by sales teams very flexible to react immediately and adapt their schedule to meet daily plans and outcomes.
Typically, day-to-day examples are adapting pre-defined schedules with new customers in the area, including delayed yesterday’s visits, and substituting a colleague. Also, calls by claiming customers or incoming messages from the internal sales team requires an immediate alignment of the daily route.
Route adaptations must be easy to use and require a solid foundation to include important KPIs for the prioritization of the route.
Sales Reps review or plan a defined visit plan for the day.
Visits of the day, their sequence and route are displayed in a map.
The map supports sales reps in displaying traffic situations, the current location and guiding them directly to the next customer by GPS.
Sales Rep can stay in the daily schedule UI and choose the option to filter for customer or business KPIs. The filter capabilities offer various business cases to support sales teams to unlock potentials, like searching for prioritized customers, distribution exceptions or current or planned promotions.
Found results are graphically visualized by a purple pin, which reflects the store location.
By just clicking on this pin in the map, the most important customer information is displayed and a visit can be created directly and added to the route in the appropriate sequence.
