THE INITIATIVE
As part of a sophisticated end-to-end project, Peak & Peak established and rolled out a D2C strategy for several brands and countries, by introducing a new direct sales channel through Online Shops.
In order to deliver an outstanding experience for customers and a 360 view of the customers to the Service Team, Peak & Peak implemented an XRM alongside a sophisticated Marketing- & Personalisation Management to drive Customer Retention
Furthermore, an additional app has been added to the landscape so that the products can be sold via major established marketplaces and a loyalty program has been established.
THE CHALLENGES
CURA Cosmetics set the goal to establish a strong Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) presence to engage directly with customers, diversify sales channels, and build an independent revenue stream outside traditional retail. This included the launch of an e-commerce platform to offer personalized, seamless experiences, gather valuable customer insights, and foster closer customer relationships.
Despite the ambitious timeline of just 4–5 months, the goal was to create an online ecosystem that reflected the vibrant and premium nature of the Judith Williams brand while ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
